PrajNep AI is a Nepali-first AI and travel assistance application. This draft describes the V0.10 development build and must be legally reviewed before a public store launch.
The backend may store a randomly generated device/guest identifier, profile name/country/language if provided, AI chat text and timestamps, usage counts, and travel inquiry details. When you attach an image or document, the attachment can be sent to the configured AI provider for the requested analysis; the V0.10 local JSON history stores attachment metadata rather than the attachment body.
Photo and video files chosen in Creative Studio are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to our server or AI provider by these tools. Downloads create a new file on your device. This differs from attaching a file in AI chat, which sends it to the configured AI service for analysis.
Optional service country, region and preferred language/style are saved in this browser and sent with chat requests to the configured AI provider. These preferences do not verify identity, nationality or eligibility. You can edit them in Services; deleting guest data clears these preferences in this browser. Service questions are AI guidance, not applications submitted to a government. Official portal links open external websites governed by their own notices.
Microphone access starts only after you tap Start conversation. Your browser or operating-system speech service may process audio on its own servers under its policies. PrajNep AI receives recognized text through the normal chat API; this feature does not upload or store raw audio on the PrajNep server. In conversation mode, recognized words are sent automatically and replies are read using available device voices. Text and AI replies use the same chat storage and optional device-copy settings as text chat. Silence pauses the microphone; End, closing the voice screen, switching views or languages, going offline, and hiding the page stop this feature. Voice quality and languages depend on the device. The separate dictation microphone only adds text to your draft for review.
Messages, files and image prompts may be processed by the configured AI provider. If live web search is enabled for a request, the AI provider may access web sources to answer it.
Ledger calculations and Excel export run on your device. Optional ledger saving is off by default and stores up to 200 rows in this browser under your guest identifier. It does not sync to another phone and can be read by people with access to this browser. Turning saving off removes the stored copy; Clear ledger removes the current ledger and its device copy. Deleting guest data also clears this ledger after the server confirms deletion. Prepare AI analysis copies selected ledger values into an editable Work draft; Send is required before it is shared with the configured AI service. Downloaded spreadsheets include formulas and cached totals, not macros or external links.
Document and CV builder fields, downloaded Word/TXT/HTML files, vector designs and simple generated tones are processed on your device. Prepare AI improvement copies supplied CV details into an editable Work draft; only Send transmits it to the configured AI service. Audio/video selected as a chat attachment are different: their bytes are sent to the configured Gemini service for analysis within the upload limit, and history stores only metadata. In-app update notices check the public release version while the app is open. These are not background push notifications.
To provide AI responses, remember guest chat history, enforce usage limits, handle travel inquiries, support requested services, and protect the service.
AI, hosting, analytics, payment, airline/GDS, social-media and messaging providers may process data when those integrations are enabled.
Device copies are off by default. If you enable them in Profile, this browser stores up to 25 recent conversations with the latest 100 messages each, within a storage limit. Copies include text, source links and attachment names, never uploaded file bytes. They remain until removed, displaced by newer conversations or cleared with browser data. Anyone with access to this browser can read them. Copies belong to this browser and do not sync between devices. If server history is missing, your saved text is included with your next question and may be stored and processed by the same hosting and AI services used for chat. Disabling device copies removes only the browser copies. Clearing a conversation or deleting guest data also removes the corresponding device copies after the server confirms deletion.
The V0.10 development build lets guests delete the device-linked guest profile, local server chat and related travel inquiries. Production must add verified user authentication, data export/correction, backup retention handling and deletion requests to external processors. Final contact details, retention periods, processor details and jurisdiction-specific disclosures must be added before launch.
